Elk Grove kids the worst of the worst even if you cash out buying a car you buy a car being financed and a new car you shouldn't be having all the problems they're not honest people they're not straightforward they're customer service department is terrible The things that they say that they do the 16-point check or whatever it is they do not do that they don't rotate your tires I'm even questioning the oil change along with other things I highly suggest you try another Kia company and if you don't believe me read the reviews

Well a little disappointed with the call back. I had my service done on my EV6 and they charging door was not working. They determined that the motor was broken and they had to order the part. They were going to call me when it came in and install it. The service guy said that it would be in a few days, since it was the holidays he expected it no later than Wednesday which was 5 days. It was Christmas time so I figured it wasn't going to get done that week. No worries. I had waited for a week more and still no phone call or text that the part was in. I finally called to check and the part had arrived . I asked if it showed that someone had called or informed me that the part was read. They told me no such update was in the system. To say the least I wasn't happy that I had to call to check on this. They were able to get me in on the day I called and the charging door was installed. It is working now. When I came the first time the place was empty but this time it was packed and cars were parked all the way out to almost the driveway. I think about 3 or 4 cars deep in about 3 lanes. I was worried that the work wasn't going to be done. I checked it just before 1 PM. TO my relief the car was done in a couple of hours. It was a warranty job so no payment. I just wish their follow up was better.

We needed our vehicle serviced. I made an appointment online. We drove up to the service garage. No line. Which was nice. I got out of my car and went to the service office. Everything went well. There was a part that needed to be replaced on my car. They did not have it in stock and will need to order it. I'm still waiting on the phone car to bring my car back in to replace the part. Also, if you use a credit card, there is a 3% service charge. There is not a service fee if you use your ATM/Debit card. I was just surprised on a big company to do this. They need to find a better credit company if they are going to charge your customers 3% to use their credit card. That is steep, especially if I have my service is going to be in the hundreds of dollars. I know some small mom and pop stores have a 1.5 % service charge. That is ok, I understand that. Who carries cash anymore. I don't use my ATM/Debit card to purchase anything. Too much of a risk for someone to scan the number of my ATM and have access directly to my account.
