I went to this dealership because they had they had the vehicle i was looking for, when i started to send my information in to get contacted i never got contacted. When i called the dealership no one picked up the phone. Towards the end i get in touch with a guy named Daniel. Which i never met. Instead of him i met another guy who is an internet sales manager which he totally made my experience really bad. No matter which option i tried giving options for both him and I he completely just brushed it off and kept trying to push me to go look at another dealership. He tried giving me an offer for my trade in which he never did the appraisal with a full inspection instead he just told me we could not make a deal and did not try to give me other options to even try to come to a deal. He just kept refusing and saying no deal was possible. When i ask to talk to the manager he denied that and he told me that tomorrow he could talk to him. I left the dealership and the next day i recieved an email from the general sales manager Devin Bizzozero asking how my expierence was and i told him it was not a pleasant one that i wanted to attempt going and talking directly to him and with him everything changed. He helped us and treated us correctly. A deal was possible to be made which the complete opposite of what the other guy had told us. At the end of the day he made the deal possible and was very helpful and well as kurt and josue. They were the most helpful and really changed our experience at that dealership.

Worst bait & switch I've ever had the displeasure of participating in...they wasted 2 hours of my time when I said I was ready to buy & we began to negotiate (which I hate is the car buying experience). We went back & forth bartering down, then (after our salesperson walked away to talk to his manager for the 4th or 5th time & made us wait 15 minutes) they came back saying they actually couldn't barter at all and the sticker price was the best they could do...Felt very spiteful, like they got upset that I wouldn't just agree with them so they went up to more than where we had even started! (All the time acting like I was the jerk). Then told me there "might" be some wiggle room if I did the credit application first! What scammy nonsense is that?! Such a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this business. Ended up purchasing a newer, better truck with better trim for $1000 difference at Hoblit in Woodland.

Came in for 2 issues I had gas cap wouldn't open and won't fuel properly on a 2025 Wrangler. They mentioned that they could address the recall as well so I agreed. I was told I could only have the rental for 5 days and the car was at the dealer for 7 days. I was texted that everything was done and that gas cap was working. When I came back gas cap wasn't working and only thing done was the recall. When I asked why I was told it was working she said thats what the tech told her. When pressed further I was told that I would need to replace the battery terminal, then the battery for them to diagnose why the cap won't open. I asked to have something in writing that if I paid for both that they would start diagnosing and she couldn't do that. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for diagnostic with another mechanic for a vehicle under warranty. In summary came in for 2 issues, both were ignored and seems like they only wanted to do the recall and lied about fixing the jeep for me to come and pick it up. Do not recommend coming here if you want something done.

Bought a "new 2025 1500 lamarie" side passenger screen is defective and another dealership is already replacing it under warranty and said the dealership was scummy for selling it like this. After doing a deep dive around the truck already found two damaged rims that were painted over. They sold me the truck at night so it was impossible to see these defects. Bought the truck with 1300 miles on the meter. Also, during the process, we had a solidified out the door price, unless you're terrible with a calculator do not buy from here. Once I calculated it we were off over 3k, jobert is a scam artist. Do not buy from this manager. He lies about everything. Absolutely discussing performance from this dealership. * just found out the AC also does not work, and were getting a flashing odometer and illumination light warnings. SO happy this dealership checked everything before selling it! Not even 1800 miles on it!

I'm going to start this off with praising my salesman I had Aaron Clemons, he is one of the best that I have had the pleasure of working with, from the multiple vehicles I have purchased at that dealer he was by far the best. 5 stars for him hands down no questions asked. Now to the bad part their sales Managment, recently I tried to go in to get out of a ram 1500 that I had, I know I owed way more on the trade and gave all the options that I had was willing to put as much money down as possible to help (7k) . I was absolutely disgusted with the very low offer that I was given on the truck (31k) which was 7 thousand dollars lower that both Tesla and CarMax (38k) Kinda crazy how it would line up that the trade would match up like that with my down payment In addition when my credit was ran to start the deal I asked for what it ran at and I was denied my own information. since no deal was being made. Elk Grove dodge has always been my go to dealership and I always recommend them to anyone looking to get a new vehicle. Not anymore.
