I had a great experience at Elk Grove Hyundai. I purchased a Kona Sport and I love it. It is just the right size for my needs and includes features that make commuting nicer. I'm a big fan of Hyundai.

Started out with the Palisades calligraphy however the price was a little out of my plan. Looked at Sante Fe Calligraphy which I ended up liking better than the Palisades and was able to get the price down into my plan. The staff was very helpful in working with me to get the price down into my range. We also love George N ❤️ out sales rep. I would recommend you check this place out. Also the Santa Fe calligraphy is an amazing vehicle. Hyundai you surprised me. My wife very Happy on Valentines day.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with any otherwise great business. My (disabled) husband & I scheduled an appointment with Elk Grove Hyundai. It was at the constant urging of the AI generated reminders. Since my husband had a doctor appointment at 9am, we decided to schedule at 7 so we would have plenty of time to get to the appointment. I was told by Dominic that the ONLY thing that would be needed was a tire rotation. I actually said, "Oh, great in & out." He said, "Yup." By 8am we were incredulous that our car had not been taken care of. My husband asked what was taking so long. Dominic said that "the mechanics don't come in until around 830 or 9." We did discuss leaving, but gave them the benefit of staying to have the work done. When we left at 830am, Dominic said "If all you're having done is a tire rotation, don't make a 7am appointment." It was not the first time Dominic didn't provide excellent customer service to me. He has been rude to me before. This was not a very good representation of the great customer service I've come to expect from EG Hyundai.

I had an excellent experience at Elk Grove Hyundai . December 31st, I went in to lease a car and Jamal was there to help me into the perfect car! He was patient and informative and made my overall experience a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend Jamal at Elk Grove Hyundai!
