I brought my Toyota Camry to Elk Grove Toyota for a regular service maintenance. The staff there is very friendly and helpful.

I used the Costco Auto Program which recommended Elk Grove Toyota. Thanks to my sales rep #BashirPopal, I was able to find a great car that checked all my boxes. A big shout out to Bashir for helping me find the perfect fit! I was dreading car shopping but had a great experience at Elk Grove Toyota.

From scheduling a test drive to the purchasing process to signing the papers, I had an exceptional experience at this dealership. Everybody was patient, kind, and willing to work with me to understand the terms of my contract and the trade-in experience. Even late in the day, I was never treated as a nuisance and was given the same treatment you would expect at any time of day. I will absolutely come back for my next purchase and will encourage all my friends and family to do the same.
