I recently purchased a truck from Elk Grove Buick GMC and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent throughout the entire process. Nabil was my salesperson, and he was amazing to work with. He made everything easy, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. There was no pressure at all, just honest and straightforward service. The pricing was clear, the process was smooth, and I was in and out quicker than expected. If you’re looking to buy a truck and want great customer service, I highly recommend Elk Grove Buick GMC — and definitely ask for Nabil!

Horrendous. Go anywhere else. Atrocious service, rude. Took my $100k GMC for service with an appointment. Guy was on the phone so I patiently waited for him to be available. He held his hand out to me for my key And mouthed "Name?" Told him my name, he took my key and said, " we'll call you." No greeting, no expectations of how long service would take, no offer for a shuttle. I waited around for 2 hours. They sent me an automated text message saying they would have my vehicle until 3pm when I dropped it off at 7:30. I had to arrange a ride. I reached out via the text at 3:15 and they said they would need it until the next day. Service completed middle of the following day. Upon pickup I asked what was done on the vehicle. They read off the service sheet, they service "specialist" had no idea. Told me, "sign here and here." Absolutely atrocious, especially considering it is a service center for a customer of their brand. Never again.

Broke down while traveling for work. This dealership was great to work with. Service advisor was Joe and he went above and beyond to make the repair process easy. I live in TX but I wish they were my hometown dealer
