They had the car we wanted, the price we could afford and Luis made financing so easy. We went in, drove the car , it was gorgeous. A few minutes later we drove away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Would most definitely recommend, I bought an Audi a4 and it drives pretty smooth so far no problems with it so I'll say this place is pretty legit. Luis the guy that helped us was very nice and the paperwork was fast and easy.

All amazing individuals hands down. Will be there with you every step through getting you financed. Many options and very helpful. What y'all waiting for? Get in a new whip for Christmas!

I purchased a 2012 BMW X6 and I asked him if I can buy a warranty and he declined that and now I see why I had a vehicle for one year and the engine blowed up. I kept the oil good. I took it to get maintenance. It started falling apart, three months after I got it I'm looking to sue him.

I would like to thank Luis Viayra for holding this vehicle for me and making my dream come true. I had this vehicle for many years and ended up giving it to my older son who then got into a horrible car accident and totaled the car. Thank that my son's OK. I always wanted to get another one, but I could never find one that matched my needs. Approved Auto happened to have the diamond in the rough that I was looking for. I was treated with kindness and respect and now have the vehicle that I've always wanted. Thank you approved Auto for making my dream come true.

I want to first start out by saying, even though I ended up returning the vehicle I purchased, I still had a good experience with Approved Autos from start to finish. I believe the rep I worked with was Luis, who was friendly. I was looking for a vehicle for my son and found the car listed on cars.com. I went in and test drove the car solo. I was a little iffy on the alignment and few other sounds. I then test drove the vehicle with the rep and decided to move forward with my purchase. My husband drove the car home later that day and due to some concerns, he decided to take it for a Pre-Purchase inspection by our trusted mechanic of seven years. The diagnostics came back that the car had a monitor present that was needed for smog, lower control arm cracked and splitting, left rear suspension shock was leaking, right rear suspension starting to seep, front engine mount torn and cracked, brake fluid was low, and brake pads were low. I say all this to say, even if you opt not to take the warranties, purchase the contract cancellation agreement. They said these things were minor wear and tear for a 2009.. maybe.. maybe not... I wasn't trying to find out. I opted to return the car for a refund, minus the restoking fee.

If I could give this place no stars I would! Bought a car from this dealership, told me it was in a minor side swipe. Drove it half way home, and the steering wheel started shaking around 55 to 65 mph, not sure if it's alignment issues or something way worse.I took it back to the dealership and then Fahim took it for a drive and told us that it wasn't shaking. My husband said let's go on a drive together, and Fahim kept showing us the videos of the steering wheel not "shaking". Thankful we had to just pay a $250 canceling fee. I WOULD NOT BUY ANY TYPE OF CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! They use the lame ass excuse of "it's a salvage title, just a minor accident" which is a lie!!

I wanted to give my review a few days before posting just incase and man I got to say being a girl and coming ALONE, I came in a little hesitant. But they didn't pressure me to buy anything an that was really important for me. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle on my own as well which I was happy about i didn't have to have a random awkward passenger seat princess with me. Lol anyway, they helped me finance the vehicle since my credit union couldn't due to the vehicle being over 100 miles. Anyway about a week later and I haven't had any issue with my new acura mdx. I've gotten alot of compliments on it and my kids love the car. Let alone I feel safer. I was sandwiched in a smaller sedan on 6/7 so to feel more safer in this vehicle esp w my kids was really important to me. They provided me a lot of information on the car. When I arrived Luis was busy so my new gemini friend helped me out and got me on. Test drive. The car has not had any issues and I'm grateful I was worried about buying a lemon of a car. Thanks for a easy an painless process guys !

I purchased my car here two months ago and I couldn't be happier. The vehicle has been absolutely perfect, and I've experienced no issues whatsoever. After i went through weeks of unsuccessful car shopping, I was really picky and specific. Luis went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted and really the only one i had any interest in. The team here is incredibly helpful, and I will confidently refer them to anyone in the future.
