I had a great time with Pooja she was very knowledgeable regarding the process of the loan and the handling of the loan process and information to best get me the right amount of loan I could afford and she was very helpful in explaining the inside of the car and its function . She deserves a raised for all her hard work in getting me my new car

My husband and I were in the market for a new car and decided to stop by Niello BMW in Elk Grove. We were greeted by Jerome, and from the very beginning he was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. Most importantly, we never felt pressured, which says a lot when you’re car shopping. The entire process was seamless and efficient. The team made everything quick and straightforward, and we felt comfortable every step of the way. It was truly one of the easiest car buying experiences we’ve had. If you’re in the market for a new car, we highly recommend Niello BMW. Definitely ask for Jerome!

I took my car in for service maintenance and had another great experience. My service advisor, Heiu, greeted me right away and always looks out for me by recommending only what's truly needed, which has saved me money time and time again. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with snacks and free Wi-Fi, making the visit easy and stress-free. Consistently excellent service every time!

I have been coming here for maintenance of my 2020 BMW but I'm buying a car from here for the first time and everyone I have dealt with from my car trade in quoter to financing has been amazing! I have been fortunate to have Richard as my personal advisor for 4 years and he is great! And now I've had Great customer service from Mitchell, Ed, Darren, Tommy, Ozzie and Victor! They have all been patient and kind as I have test driven and even returned a car I thought I wanted. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

I bought my SUV this past weekend and had an absolutely amazing experience. I originally went in set on an i4 since I wanted to make the jump to an EV, but it had sold earlier that morning (womp womp). That twist ended up being a blessing. My sister and I had the pleasure of working with Darren, and honestly, it was the BEST pairing ever! We had an absolute blast with him, and he made what could’ve been a long, stressful day fly by. After my car was totaled back in May, it was definitely time for something new, and Darren worked tirelessly to make sure I left in the right vehicle. The moment I asked about the iX, Darren immediately got on the phone and arranged to have a ’23 iX xDrive50 transferred from a sister location. I really appreciated his urgency and care in making sure it was available and brought to us right away. I thought I was done with SUVs now that my kids are older, but clearly the universe had other plans, I absolutely adore my iX! Huge shoutout to Pov as well! By the time we wrapped up it was late, and we hit a few hiccups with my bank, but Pov was calm, reassuring, and made sure everything worked out, and it did. This dealership was fantastic from start to finish. My sister will absolutely be back to buy her i4 from Darren when she’s ready. And now that I own my first BMW EV…I fear BMW EVs will always have my money! Thanks guys! See you soon!
