We bought a vehicle from this dealership. We've had nothing but problems, eg: replace 1 system just to have another go out. When confronted about the poor quality of the vehicle, Steve became combative and threatened to physically harm my husband. They then proceeded to play games by refusing to give him a receipt for this month's payment. They attempted to physically throw him out of the office without said receipt. I strongly advise ALL car shoppers to AVOID this car lot. Once you've driven the car off the lot, they don't want to hear from you, unless you're making a payment. They claim that their cars undergo a 37 point inspection. I find this extremely difficult to believe, since we've had to replace every system on this vehicle, including the fuel and cooling systems. They claim that they are retiring, but we have doubts about that too. Anthony and Steve have been completely dishonest and have made no attempt to show that they care at all about good references or repeat business. Being in customer service myself, I am appalled at their overtly insulting and outright threatening demeanor. We give this business zero stars. Don't do it, you'll be sorry!

So glad I chose car cage to purchase my 1st car, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They have many good deals on amazing cars. I've had My car from car cage for about two years and it's still up and running!

Zero stars. Went here to purchase a car for my grandmother, I should have went with my gut feeling and passed. A few weeks after purchasing the car the engine light came on. It went off after awhile but it came back a few months later and this time so did the non functioning brakes. From the beginning the brakes were hardly working but my grandma doesn't drive much so never made a fuss until it got to this state. We took it in to a trusted mechanic and they let us know the rear brakes (put on by this car dealer's mechanic) were put on backwards and causing damage and rubbing against other parts, which was stopping from the brakes being fully operable. I called to let Anthony know so he could avoid it from happening in the future and he acted like I wanted a refund or something. NO SIR just letting you know so you can ensure that your mechanics do their job correctly and can offer a safe reliable car to your customers. He was less than apologetic for the mistake, in fact he became irate and even laughed at the fact my grandma (who is on SSI and limited income btw) had to pay over $400 to get this corrected. Who laughs at someone else's misfortune, especially since it could have been avoided if you would have done the original brakes correctly? The only thing funny is this joke of a place and owner! Do NOT recommend!

My whole experience at Car Cage was amazing! I have been in the process of looking for a car, and Tony made it so easy for me to find exactly what I was looking for! I am a proud owner of my Toyota RAV4 with UNDER 50k miles! I would recommend Car Cage to any of my friends, family, and those who are trying to find a car within their budget.

I went in not expecting to get a car.. I have awful credit and lost my job due to Covid but I can now say I'm the owner of a Toyota Avalon! Anthony was so sweet and explained everything to me in detail. It was a painless process and I was reassured by Anthony. I am able to drive this really nice car and got myself another job. I feel like my life is finally back on track. Thanks again Car cage and Anthony :). This place really cares for those who come in especially during the hard times.

Tony and Steve are great! I needed a reliable vehicle on short notice to drive across the country and back--twice! They set me up w a Lexus RX 400H in excellent condition and I hit the road. One month and 10K miles later it's running great and I'm very satisfied.

My experience was an odd one. Didn't step foot into the dealership but was communicating through text and the guy Anthony that was texting me is a weird dude. I asked for their best otd price and he just states what I can clearly see on their ad. It gets weird when I tell him I'm shopping around and also looking at private party sales. He then proceeds to send weird emojis. Not very professional and then tells me I should look at something more within my budget. I never said what my budget is and the car is valued at 2-3.5k on KBB but market valued at 3-5k car that they're listing for 6k. Cmon now it's not that expensive. I'd pay it all in cash. Very insulting and I'm glad I didn't make the 30 min drive out there. I'd avoid this place, there's nothing easy or friendly about it.
