Stay away from this so-called dealership, I should have walked right out after I entered the business I stood there for about approximately 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I ended up purchasing a BMW I had to bring it back the first 3 days for multiple issues. After I purchase my vehicle, I received a text message regarding an outstanding invoice for my registration and license plates not from DMV but from them for $400. They tried to extort my registration and license plate. I went to DMV, and they told me that all of my fees were paid from my downpayment. No body answers the phone or if they do they`ll place you on hold and never return to the phone, stay away!!!!!!!!!!

found a car online I would have bought. asked for carfax three times from Tony Salcedo. kept dodging me. finally got it and now I see why he wasted my time. salvage all dressed up. the irony of this dealerships name.

I bought a car and was told when I bring the car for service I would be able to get a loaner . From there I got the run around. I suggest don't buy a car if any service is needed prior or you'll be carless and stuck.

I came here to look at one car, was given information in regards to needing a co-signer. having to get a cosigner was not my issue, the issue I had was I had to go through three different people for them to basically tell me the vehicle I was interested was not here that it was at a different lot. However, it did not seem as if the person that we were speaking with was being truthful. And they did not treat or my sister that were with me with respect in regards to a viable customer. I was very disappointed with the outcome not that I didn't purchase a vehicle, but just disappointed the overall with the service. The Mercedes that I did look was nice however it did sound like there were other mechanical issues that going on with the vehicle. I know that I might be a woman, but I do know a little something about cars and how it was sounding was not giving me reassurance that it would have been a good choice for a vehicle. The part about the situation is I had more money available than what they were assuming for a down payment, but because of their the treatment I received I will not be going back because that's not how you treat people, everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of what you may have received trying to convince me that I need to actually go ahead and get a cosigner for a vehicle. I was even willing to look at a lower price vehicle however there was nothing here at the lot that really wouldn't what I myself my growing family.

Slow response time when inquiring about a vehicle. Once contacted, I said I was a serious buyer, pre-approved, etc. Asked them to make me an offer in email. Never received the email after I followed up several times. Very disappointed

TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!! Drove to buy a car 3 hours away. Had a deposit down , to make the car secure from selling the vehicle! We received 4 calls within 1 hour . Last call said sorry your vehicle has been sold! How in the world can your worker not see this? This is 2025 Computers are updated? Do you know how to run a business!! I was five minutes away 4th person calls and says car was sold last night? Really!!! Walked in the business and every one of the workers just standing around acted like this was not a BIG Deal!!! Yes it was a Very Big Deal ! Very bad business, terrible customer service! Don't do any businesses with these guys !! All there recent reviews make sense . They have plenty of 1 star reviews for a reason !! Stay away !! And they claim there cars as clean title and when you check on the car fax it says salvage . And when asking them they said " didn't think you would check ". Owner! Take classes and teach you all how to use a computer, and how to have great knowledge of your business!!

Went in for an interview for 11am. Was not seen until 1130am. Alright no problem. In the middle of the interview, the manager takes a call and walks outside for 10 minutes. Not only that he didn't even know we had an interview. Lol smh. Overall it seemed like he liked me, I have plenty of experience. He told me I'd hear from him fri. I sent a text message on Friday to check in and no response. Alright again, no problem. I wait til Monday and still no response. If I didn't make the next step, just tell me. Send a quick text. I decided to call I believe Tuesday maybe Wednesday and guess what??? I was blocked. Smh . Unprofessional, inmature and rude AF Joe....... We are all adults.

Cars are nice but customer service is lacking. Salesmen was very nice and helpful. Finance people as well. However, they change things last minute without notice, I was supposed to have my car shipped Saturdays 7/19 with an arrival time of Monday or Tuesday (7/22 - 7/23) at the latest, down payment and financing was completed Friday 7/18. Without notice, a courtesy call, text message or anything. I had to contact them several times to get updates and every time I got a different date, no explanation given, now new date is 7/25…. But who knows at this point . They are very persistent when they need some kind of information or have a question, I do get several calls or texts for that. Definitely don't recommend buying from them, unless you want to keep just waiting for your vehicle and be chasing people to get information that keep changing.
