After my vehicle's head gasket failed, I was urgently looking for a used car. I sent an email and received a fast response about the exact car we were interested in. When we arrived, the staff was very helpful. They gave us the keys for a test drive, asking us to keep it to about 15 minutes, which was plenty of time. Charlie then helped us finalize the deal. He was completely professional and nice and avoided all the usual games you find at other dealerships. He was also transparent, showing us exactly what they owed on the vehicle so we could reach a fair deal. We were in and out--including the test drive and paperwork--in just two hours. After 30 years of buying cars, this was the smoothest purchase we have ever made. Our teen will need a car in a couple of years, and we will absolutely be going back and recommending them to all of our friends.

Just bought a 2015 Mazda 6 Touring from here and had a great experience with Mikey and the staff. They took great care of us. We had brought our 5 year old with us and enjoyed their playroom they have for kids. Nice and air conditioned inside with comfy sofas and a vending machine and free coffee. Paid in cash and had no issues in doing so. Forgot to ask his name but one of the members nicely removed to stickers for us and cleaned off the adhesives. I drove the car all the way back home to the Bay Area and it drove very nice and smooth, had no issues with the car whatsoever. It also looks like according to the free CARFAX they had serviced the vehicle for EVERYTHING (Brake pads replaced, oil and filter changed, sway bar links replaced, lower control arm replaced, and your usual maintenance and safety inspection was done). Very well done and recommend buying a car from them

This place is amazing!! I came in (with low hopes if I'm being honest - I don't have the best credit) today at 4pm and met with May to look at a few Tacomas I had seen online. She was great! She grabbed the keys to the 2 I had seen online, and after test driving (while chatting with the lovely May) the one I liked best visually I decided to run the numbers just for fun. This is when I met Mikey. Mikey tried his absolute hardest to work out a deal for me and at the end of the day I walked away with this beauty right here! Thanks team!! I had a great experience with west coast auto sales center. I found a 2011 Honda civic coupe through the carfax website. I contacted the dealer through their own website and asked a couple of questions. Zaid was responsive the next day and quick to answer any questions I had. I decided to go through with the purchase but couldn't be there until the weekend. I applied for financing with Charlie's help & was approved, put a $1000 (refundable) deposit on the car to reserve it, then traveled to Sacramento to test drive and finalize my purchase. Charlie was very helpful when it came to questions about legally driving the vehicle due to me driving the car out of state (to Nevada). Overall the documents only took about an hour and I was out the door with my new (to me) car! These might be some of the only honest car salesman still around. I will definitely shop here for my next used vehicle. I've had the car for 9 months now and have had no issues whatsoever. Thanks West Coast Auto Sales!

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a straightforward, honest used car purchase. Just the 90-day/3000 mile limited warranty is enough to start out here looking for a reliable car. So few dealerships are willing to do this. I dealt with Raad, and he was so professional and customer-service oriented. The 2015 Toyota Prius was in magnificent shape but there was a problem with the radio I discovered after my purchase. He did everything to assist in solving the issue, even paying for the installation of a replacement. Car dealers, especially these small, used car operations have a sometimes well-deserved negative reputation. But I don't hesitate to recommend this one to anyone. There are so many used car dealers in the area. Some good, some not too good! West Coast Auto Sales Center is one of the best in town! I visited West Coast Auto Sales Center on Fulton Ave a few times. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the used car business. They understand customer needs and only purchase good used cars from their customer, auction, or wholesaler. That's why they can offer a limited warranty on most vehicles sold there. The dealership always carries a good inventory of all types of vehicles on their lot. The best part of West Coast Auto Sales Center is they don't hard selling. I don't feel any pressure when I'm there.

They sold my parents a truck that less then 30 days later and REMOVEDmiles ended up in catastrophic failure of the fuel system. It left them on the side of the road 700 miles from home.
