I’m trying to buy a car from them but they never answer the phone or emails

SMALL CLAIMS HERE WE COME!! Dishonest and unwilling to "fairly" back up their cars/deals. Don't try to throw me an obligatory bone and act as if you aren't at all responsible for any of the events just 250 miles after purchase. Tampered with gateway module so my mechanic couldn't get a code reading to diagnose the vehicle followed by determining that someone poured stop leak in the radiator to mask the blown head gasket. It only cost $900 to find this out. WHAT'S REALLY SKETCHY IS THAT THE GATEWAY MODULE WAS FUNCTIONING JUST 40 MILES BEFORE THE SALE OF THE CAR BC THE MODULE IS USED TO SMOG THE CAR. FISHY TO SAY THE LEAST. Total loss and then they want to give me back less than 1/2 the cost of the car as a parting gift. Not a good look, friends. BUYER BEWARE!!

They could be honest when they sale a car.I bought a 2005 Lexus RX 330 Not only did it have many repairs but they also sold it with no catalytic coverter.they replace it with a glasspak.it would not pass smog I had to pay 1600.to fix it so it would pass.filed complaint with Calif.Automotive Repair.even thro it's illegal to sale a care without the cinverter converter They did nothing either filed with DMV.we will see. Next stop small claims.
