0/10 DO NOT GO TO AUTO KING. This is not a car dealership — it’s an insurance dealership. My first car buying experience here was terrible due to extremely unprofessional behavior. When the bank employees tried to help me get a better deal on the warranty and gap insurance that fit within my budget, the salesperson was notified and proceeded to yell at me and my dad, then went over and aggressively confronted the bank employees. He even admitted that those add-ons were his biggest profit margin, then proceeded not to do the deal due to it making them uncomfortable . Instead of feeling excited about buying my first car, I left feeling stressed, and completely disrespected

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't recommend Auto King enough! I've purchased three cars from Kevin, who I believe is the owner, and each time has been a fantastic experience. I've referred Kevin to friends and family over ten times, and everyone has been thrilled with their purchases. Kevin goes above and beyond, especially for those with trade-ins. My friends who traded in their vehicles received great deals and were impressed with how much Kevin helped them get for their cars. Even family members with low credit scores and limited income found support through Kevin, as he professionally guided them to multiple banks to secure loan approvals. When I picked up my latest car, it was detailed and ready right on time. I appreciate that Kevin offered extra warranty and insurance, which I opted for this time, just for peace of mind. Overall, the professionalism of Kevin and his crew made all the difference. If you're looking for a reliable dealership, look no further than Auto King!

Sold me a bum car, needed 5k worth of work from a reputable mechanic. I needed it for work and rushed into the deal. As I walked out they told me they "hope it lasts for a long time" in a very unsure tone. It didnt feel right, but I brushed it off. I learned a hard and expensive lesson. If you dare try your luck with this place, make sure to check the vehicle thoroughly!!! Very shady!!!

Update: Sep 3rd 2025 The dealership implied I left this review because of a price disagreement. That’s not true. My issue was with omissions, the ad photos didn’t show the ripped upholstery or scratches, and I wasn’t told the navigation screen was locked until I got there. That wasted my time. I still made an offer because I have a mechanic friend who could’ve helped with repairs, but that doesn’t erase the lack of transparency. I understand that a 14 year old car isn't perfect but some things where just sloppy. They’ve since reached out more than once asking me to “reconsider” my review, which I find unprofessional. For context, I bought a 2018 Buick the very next day. Price was never the problem. I stand by what I said. _________________________________________ Original review: late December 2024. I looked at a Honda a few days ago the best way I can describe it was a pig in makeup. Something not told to me until I got there was set the navigation unit was not functioning when the car had a reconditioned battery put into it it required a code to reset the radio/ nav unit. I was advised I would need to go to the Honda dealership where they (auto kings) claimed it would be free. The tires were from 2020 and although the tread was good they appear to be cracking. Oil residue under valve cover gasket. It also had deep scratches on the paint and some ripped upholstery inside of the car that they conveniently left out of the photos. The car was a pig in makeup.
