Poor customer service. Inquired about a vehicle and emailed about negotiations. I was willing to pay sticker price for it, but with all car deals negotiating is a large part. The salesman just emailed back “We’ll pass” on my first offer with no room for further conversation. They lost out on a customer and *surprise* we are looking for more to add to our fleet so it wouldn’t have been just one vehicle. Yikes.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! My daughter saved her own money and was excited to buy her first car. We did our research and chose a Jetta TDI because it’s known to be reliable if the required maintenance has been done. We were told that maintenance was completed and were shown receipts. We trusted that information — a mistake we now regret. Within a few months, the car was in the shop with major mechanical issues costing over $4,000 to repair. These issues were not new; they had clearly been hidden by clearing trouble codes prior to the sale. That’s dishonest and deceptive, plain and simple. Taking advantage of a young woman buying her first car is lower than low. They are not interested in honesty or return customers— they only care about profit. If you value your money or your time, take your business somewhere else.

Worst place to buy a car ever! I’ve bought my car less than six months ago and I’m already $6000 into fixing it because the check engine light and all the other problems that it had, and they sold me a warranty that didn’t cover everything. So if you buy from them, make sure you take it to a mechanic and get a diagnostic done on the vehicle before leaving the lot.

Patient, honest, and great prices. I'll be recommending Roseville Car Connection to everyone. I bought my electric vehicle in 2024 with the intention of receiving the clean vehicle tax credit the following year. This year around tax season, I read many horror stories from EV buyers about dealerships refusing to comply with the very new IRS laws they were often unaware of and did not want to put in the effort to register the dealership with the IRS ECO portal and submit the necessary paperwork for customers to receive their entitled tax credit. The dealership's inaction consequently gatekeeping the tax refunds people expected and depended on for their finances this year, me included. There were also reports of dealerships providing some paperwork needed for the tax credit, but did not actually follow through submitting it on their end, thus preventing families from getting their EV tax credit. I was feeling worried and discouraged to say the least. I feel lucky that I did not experience these storylines with Roseville car connection. Frank listened to what I had to say and was responsive. He took the time to get registered, spent time waiting on the phone, submitted the paperwork, and had proof that it was approved. I will now be able to get my tax credit that I'm depending on. If you're looking to buy a used car, EV or not, put Roseville Car Connection at the top of your list. They care about their customers and have a great selection of vehicles too.

We found a Toyota Sequoia from this dealership and really love it. They're upfront and clear about their vehicles and had zero issues with us taking it to a mechanic. The vehicle still needs a couple thousand in work, but still feels like a deal considering the vehicle is otherwise in great shape. There was zero pressure to purchase the vehicle, which was very refreshing. Jose, the guy at the counter, was very kind and had a down-to-earth energy.
