Talked to Jose about a car for sale, I mentioned i was coming from Orange County 7hrs away for a car for my son. SO this is where it gets odd, Jose says i need to run your credit to sell you the car? I stated i am paying cash and its under 10k also i did not need financing at all since it was all being paid in cash. I declined but if they wanted to verify my identify i understand where a OFAC report is required not a credit check to verify. NOW When it came down to getting the Out The Door price Jose stated we do not give the Out The Door price! I replied how am i supposed to pay for the car not knowing what is owed. Jose responded with we have a non negotiable 650 add on that protects your car from theft and etc. I cut him off and said that's what my insurance is for i don't need that. Jose stated we can not remove it and i proceeded to say i am interested in the car including taxes and DMV fees but that's it. TO think i was going to drive 500 miles to play dumb games trying to figure out numbers and have to drive 500 miles back empty handed. Beware of the low prices to get you in the door only to play games with you and waste your time!!! DONT DO IT! LOOK ELSEWHERE for a dealership that does not play dumb games! I believe honestly these reviews are paid fake reviews of the business. There is no way they are rated this high without fake reviews. My first time calling and i get this experience

Austin was amazing! My fiancé and I had been searching for an SUV for the past three weeks, and we knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in.
